Woohoo we got married! And it's been forever since my last post! Not a lot had happened before the wedding and now 2 weeks after, what a transformation we have made.
So since the wedding, which was amazing by the way! We had the best day, we couldn't have asked for a better day. Thanks to all those that came, participated and for all the presents and well wishes we both feel very loved.
Ok, ok the house. Our goal for our reno-moon was to get the skirting done (where possible), paint the skirting and architraves, final coat of paint on the two bedrooms, hang the bedroom doors and a few other odds and ends.
I can safely say, yep we did most of it. Woohoo! And the house looks great, it's finally great to see the house look like a house and we are only a few short steps away from completing the two bedrooms.
To finish off the master bedroom we just need to get the carpet and wardrobe doors installed. A big thanks to Dad for making and bringing up the drawers for the wardrobe (we are still painting them, so they aren't being used yet). Also hang the door, which is in need of a few extra coats of paint and we are there.
The other spare room, only needs carpet and the door. That's until we work out what we are doing cupboard wise in that room, but that's really not a priority.
So we aren't far off starting the bathroom, wow! Only a year and a few months later.
Anyway here are a few selection of pics that cover off what we have been up to over the last few months. Maybe I'll get back to weekly posts.
Our goal for the year is to finish the inside of the house, then we get to go on our real honeymoon.

| So before the wedding, we had a few weeks of constant rain. Aaron decided to dig up the pipes and re-pipe them...in the rain. I refused to help... |
