Yay it's Monday and we have Wednesday off! Woohoo! Thank you Mr Ekka!
Another weekend has past and we are feeling like we are progressing well. But we also know, we have a few weekends where we wont get much done. We really want to start on the bathroom but have lots of little things to get done first.
We spent the weekend preping the house to paint (hallway, lounge, kitchen and spare room 1). On Saturday we had Sian's partner hang out with us and he gave us some hot tips on painting as he is a professional. So instead of painting on Saturday liked we had planned, we used no more gaps in all the gaps. Just gives the edges a little more give and nice clean lines or something like that. Not too sure but that was hot tip number 1.
Sunday I started painting the cornices and ceilings. I have a sore neck now! ha! But it looks great, not many pics of it as all it looks like is a white room.
Aaron had a little more fun and built the frame for our wardrobe! Yay! We did this so we can plaster the frame and put the cornice up and then paint! We still haven't spent one night in the mater bedroom.
Our little list of things to do includes:
- Paint
- Pantry
- Windows
- Door Jams
- Arcitraves
- Skirting
- Wardrobe
- Floors
- Kitchen bench/sink
And then maybe once most of these are done we can start the bathroom.

| No more gapping the cornice |

| Aaron thought he would never have to sand the ceiling again..haha |
 |
| Oh and we have a blocked drain! Dam it. Plumber coming on Thursday. |
 |
| Here is the start to our wardrobe. Sorry about the mess but it was easier to build around it. |

| And while we work Jackson chose the best seat in the house, the warm sun |

| He also like to play fetch I think |
